- Health Requirements: The mini-trekking tour is restricted to people between the age of 10 and 65 who are in good physical condition. When booking, you are confirming that you are in the allowed age group. If the guide decides you are not equipped to complete the tour due to your age or fitness, the agency is not liable for repayment. This matter should be settled directly with the operator in El Calafate.
- Tour Policy: For this tour, it is essential that you send the following information, along with your payment reservation, to hola@daytours4u.com: Full name as it appears on your passport. Passport number. Date of birth. Gender. Nationality.
- Tour Policy: Without this data we cannot make the reservation or guarantee the availability of the tour. Once we receive this email, we will send you an email confirmation of the activity along with the vouchers. Please note that this process may take longer than the usual 48h.
- Tour Policy: Please check that your flight booking in and out of El Calafate corresponds with the times and dates of your booking. You must have a full day free for the Mini-trekking tour. Reservations for passengers arriving on or departing on flights scheduled for the same day as this service are not accepted.
- Transfer Policy: The airport transfer is a shared service, and therefore, the time and duration may vary according to the number of passengers and their respective itineraries.
- Transfer Policy: Transfers to hotels outside the centre of El Calafate may involve an extra cost.
- Lunch and entrance to the Los Glaciares National Park are not included. Entrance to the park is payable in cash on arrival.
- Not included: There is an extra navigation tax to be paid in cash on the spot.
- Recommendations: We recommend you bring your own lunch and drinks to the National Park as there is only a small café.
- Season Alert: The Perito Moreno Mini-Trekking is not available between May and September due to extreme weather conditions in winter.
- Transfer Policy: For the transfer to the Perito Moreno Glacier, passengers who are staying at the following hotels should present themselves of the office in the centre of El Calafate at the arranged time: Austral, Patagonia Hostel, Shilling, La Loma, Apart Chalten, Hotal Amado, Apart Libertador, Hospedaje Alejandra, Oregón, Camping Ovejero, Cabaña Santa Mónica.
- Tour Policy: Packages and/or promotions cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions.
