4x4 Excursion (summer/winter): Start your day with an exciting journey in a 4x4 vehicle. The best time to visit Cerro Frías is during the spring and summer months (October to April) when the weather is more pleasant, and the conditions are ideal for outdoor activities. During this time, all activities are available.

- Important: As of May 1st we start the winter season. The night shift (18:30 to 23hs) will no longer operate, and activities such as zip-lining and trekking will be suspended until the following high season.
- Restrictions on Activities: 4x4: No age restrictions. People with reduced mobility, inform at the time of booking, if you have wheelchairs must be able to close. HORSE RIDING: Age restriction from 6 years old. Each passenger rides an individual horse. Maximum weight 100kg. TREKKING: No age restriction, babies can do the trekking in the baby carrier or in arms. ZIP-LINING: Age restriction from 6 years old. Maximum weight 100kg.
- Children policy: Children policy: Children from 3 to 11 years pay 50% of the rate. Children from 12 years old pay the full rate. To be valid the discount for minors it is necessary to present the photo of the minor's passport, once the reservation is made we will contact you to request it. If necessary, the guide/coordinator of the excursion may ask for the ID of the children.
- Transfer policy: The tour includes transfers to and from hotels located in the center of El Calafate. If you are away from the established circuit, our Customer Service team will give you a close meeting point.
- Dress and recommendations: We recommend that you wear warm clothes, wear snow clothes, a scarf, gloves, a wool hat and socks and/or a change of shoes.
