Itinerary: A Trekking Adventure in the Wild Nature: get to know the majesty of the park's trails
Around 8:00 am, we'll pick you up at your accommodation to start our journey to Tierra del Fuego National Park, located about 10km from Ushuaia City.
Once inside Tierra del Fuego, we'll begin our hike along the Coastal Path, covering 8 km of undulating terrain of medium difficulty, which presents no challenge for exercise enthusiasts wearing appropriate attire.
By approximately 12:30 pm, we'll arrive at Lapataia River for a quiet ride through crystal-clear waters surrounded by mountains and forests.
We'll continue to Ovando River, a more challenging river with rapids and turbulent waters that provide an exciting experience for adventure lovers.
Then, we'll reach a heated shelter, secluded from the conventional tourist crowds, comfortable and spacious, where we'll enjoy a delicious lunch amidst the breathtaking views of Tierra del Fuego National Park. The main course is stuffed chicken breast with bacon and leeks, accompanied by roasted vegetables. Dessert, wine, soft drinks, water, coffee, and tea are provided. We offer menus for vegetarians and celiacs with prior reservations.
Canoeing on Crystal-Clear Waters: get to know an exciting canoeing experience on rivers and lakes
After our break and lunch, the guides will provide us with the necessary equipment such as rubber boots, pants covers, and life jackets, and they will give us an informative briefing to safely enjoy the relaxing canoeing activity.
Starting from Acigami Lake (briefly known as Roca Lake), we'll have a unique and incredibly fun experience as we navigate through the Lapataia River, Cormoranes Archipelago, and Laguna Verde. Meanwhile, the guides will share stories and interesting facts about the beautiful landscapes surrounding us.
By around 4:30 pm, we'll be back in Ushuaia, dropping you off at your accommodation, concluding this thrilling day of adventure in Tierra del Fuego.
